MUNDESLEY GOLF CLUB SOCIAL CLUB COMMITTEE MEETING 2ND FEBRUARY, 2010

Present:-   Mike Foster (Chairman), Carole Bray, Pat Jackman, Chris Watson Apologies:- John McGuire, Geoff Griston

1. There is no Treasurer identified for the Committee. Action Required:- Treasurer to be identified. Meanwhile Mr. C. Young has agreed to continue signing any necessary cheques.

2. Events for the coming year were agreed:-

13th February St. Valentine's Day lunch

27th February Quiz Night

30th March Tuesday socials commence

5th April Easter scramble

3rd May Am Am

19th June Mid Summer Madness

11th July Couples Cup in conjunction with Captains Day

14th August Summer Bar BQ

11th September Play the Course Backwards Quiz Night - Meal to comprise of sandwiches and chips. Cost £5 per person.

Action Required:-

      1. Mike to discuss organizing questions with Bill Drayton and obtain lists of questions etc. from Chris Young

      2. John McGuire to do advertising

      3. Mike to organize prizes Tuesday Socials Action Required:- Mike to obtain a list of formats.

          2 events each month to be back/front 9 stablefords, others to be fun events.
